Skio - Cancel a Product in a Subscription

Cancel a Product in a Subscription using Skio. Requires subscription_line_id. Returns results based on the executed action.

  1. If the customer has not provided an email address earlier in the conversation, ask them to provide the email address
  2. Use the tool @Skio – Get Storefront User by Email with the customer’s provided email
  3. Use the tool @Skio – Get Subscription based on User ID with the retrieved skio_user_id to get a list of subscriptions for the user.
  4. Ask the user to select the subscription they want to review
  5. run the tool @Skio – Get Subscription Details for its skio_subscription_id.
  6. Provide the subscription details to the user and ask them to confirm which product they want to cancel in the subscription.
  7. Run the tool @Skio – Cancel a Product in a Subscription where the subscription_line_id is the selected ID of the product the user wants to cancel.
Skio - Cancel Subscription

Cancels an active Skio subscription and optionally sends a notification email to the customer.

This integration cancels an active subscription in Skio’s subscription management platform. When you use this tool, it immediately stops the recurring billing for the specified subscription. You can choose whether to automatically send a cancellation confirmation email to the customer, making it easy to keep subscribers informed about their account changes.

The tool returns the customer’s profile information including their unique Skio user ID, which can then be used with other Skio tools to manage their subscriptions.
