Ordergroove drives subscription commerce. With KODIF, you can look up customer subscriptions, and pause/skip deliveries to empower self‑service.

##### Ordergroove - Change Subscription Frequency by ID

Changes how often a subscription recurs by adjusting frequency settings tied to the subscription ID.

##### Ordergroove - Add Discount to Order

Applies a discount to a specific order in Ordergroove , often used for retention, appeasement, or promotions.

1. If customer is eligible for a discount, Use @Ordergroove – Add Discount to Order with the merchant from the order as merchant_id, the customer from the order as customer_id, public_id from the order as order_id and the discount_amount as 10.

##### Ordergroove - Cancel Order by ID

Cancels a specific order in OrderGroove by its ID, giving agents and automations the ability to stop fulfillment when needed.

##### Ordergroove - Cancel Subscription by ID

Cancels a subscription in OrderGroove by its ID, allowing support flows to stop ongoing deliveries when a customer opts out.

1. Get the subscriptions using @OrderGroove – Get Subscription by Customer ID
2. Present the subscriptions as bubbles ((#1 Subscription $price next order date, #2 Subscription $price next order date)) and ask the customer to select the subscription they wish to cancel
3. Get the most recent order from the subscription using @Ordergroove – Get Unsent Orders by Subscription ID and send a summary of the order selected and ask the customer if this is the desired subscription they want to cancel ((Yes, No)).
4. If Yes, then use @Ordergroove – Cancel Order by ID with the order_id
5. Let the customer know if the subscription was successfully cancelled.

##### Ordergroove - Change Bill Date by Order ID

Updates the billing date for an order in OrderGroove, useful for aligning charges with customer needs or resolving payment issues.

1. Ask the user for their desired bill date
2. Check if the date is after today
3. If the date informed is today, ask the customer for a day after today.
4. Use @Ordergroove – Change Bill Date by Order ID with the public_id from the most recent order and the date they provided

1. Ask the customer to provide their email address.
2. Use @Shopify – Get Customer by Email to retrieve the customer details
3. Then, using the Customer ID, get the subscriptions from @Ordergroove – Get Subscription by Customer ID
4. Show the active subscriptions details in a message, the details must contain the amount and delivery date for each of the subscriptions

##### Ordergroove - Get Unsent Orders by Subscription ID

Fetches pending orders not yet sent for fulfillment, so agents can act on queued shipments in OrderGroove.

##### Ordergroove - Send Order Now

Forces an immediate order creation and fulfillment in OrderGroove, enabling on-demand shipments for customers.

1. Get the most recent order from the subscription using @Ordergroove – Get Orders by Subscription ID
2. Ask the customer if they would like their order processed today ((Yes, No))
3. If they say yes, then run @Ordergroove – Send Order Now

##### Ordergroove - Update Address for All Subscriptions

Updates the address across all active subscriptions for a customer, ensuring future orders ship to the correct location.
