### Two operators who'd already lived the problem.

**Norm and Chyngyz met in 2019**, just before the world changed. They bonded over the same conviction: customer support was overdue for automation that actually does the work, not just deflects it.

Before KODIF, **Norm built the customer support automation platform at Uber** — a system automating 150 million support requests a month. He knows what it takes to resolve at a scale almost no one else has touched.

Chyngyz is a repeat entrepreneur. Before KODIF he spent time in private equity, earned his Stanford MBA, and founded a 3PL company out of New Jersey — which he exited before business school.
